A. Administrative Fees

  • The Claimant shall advance the administrative fees as per the above table to the Center.
  • The maximum amount of the administrative fees shall be KRW 150 million.
  • The Secretariat may adjust the actual rate to the extent not exceeding the above rates
  • In case of appointing a sole arbitrator for the Arbitral Tribunal (the arbitrator's fees to be added in case of three arbitrators Tribunal)
  • The administrative fees include the filing fee and the VAT (the arbitrator's fees only show the amount to be borne by the party)
  • The parties to bear the arbitration cost and its ratio (the amount to be borne) shall be finally determined at the arbitration decision.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, the arbitrator's fee is determined by the Center between the minimum amount and the maximum amount in the above table in consideration of the nature and claimed amount of the dispute and the hours incurred by the arbitrators for the arbitration case, etc.
  • Where the case is resolved or withdrawn prior to the issuance of closing decision, the Center pays the arbitrator's fees in accordance with the internal regulations.
